Monday, September 25, 2006 Euphoria will soon be going Open Source within the next two or three weeks. Just which open source license will be chosen is yet to be announced. In any case, people will soon be able to modify the source so that they can add features they want right into the language.

An "Open Euphoria" project exists on Sourceforge, although it has not shown any activity for a long time. The main output of this project is a specification which could be a roadmap for some flavour of Open Euphoria. Please see Open Euphoria
